The prosecution allegation being that the defendant with others conspired to Supply Class A Drugs. Our in-house HCA dealt with this trial. During the trial she made half time submissions to the Judge and she was successful in obtaining a NOT GUILTY for the defendant. The remaining defendants that were still on trial were found guilty and received custodial sentences ranging between 7-12 years.
