R v S Manchester Crown Court: Conspiracy to Murder

We represented the defendant, a man of previous good character, when he was found NOT GUILTY of conspiracy to murder after a lengthy trial.

The conspiracy alleged was an execution style murder.  This case involved a gangland execution.  This case featured in-depth detailed cell site analysis and fingerprint evidence.  If convicted the defendant was looking at received life imprisonment.  The jury returned an unanimous verdict.

NOT GUILTY verdict.
